These terms govern the use of ClipForge (clipforge.run), provided by Nubri GmbH, Berlin. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
ClipForge makes short vertical videos with AI from a prompt you write, and can publish them to your TikTok account when that feature is available. AI output can be wrong or unexpected: watch every video before you publish it.
You must be at least 16. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for what happens under your account. One free account per person.
By connecting your TikTok account, you authorise ClipForge to publish videos to your TikTok account only when you explicitly request it. You confirm that you are the authorised holder of the connected TikTok account.
ClipForge accesses only the data necessary to publish on your behalf (your TikTok Open ID, display name, avatar URL, and OAuth tokens). This data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy — TikTok Integration section. We do not post to TikTok without your direct action, and we do not access any TikTok account other than the one you connect.
You may disconnect your TikTok account at any time from the app settings. ClipForge's use of TikTok APIs is subject to the TikTok Terms of Service.
Payments are handled by Stripe. Plans renew monthly until you cancel in the billing portal; cancelling takes effect at the end of the paid month. Fees already paid are not refunded, except under the right of withdrawal below or where the law requires it.
Your prompts and the videos made from them are yours to use, personally and commercially; we claim no rights in them. You allow us to process them only to run the service for you. Other people may get similar videos from similar prompts.
We work to keep ClipForge available but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted. We may change the service and these terms; if a change matters to you, we will tell you in advance by email.
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the damage typical and foreseeable for this kind of contract. Liability under the Product Liability Act is not affected.
You can delete your account in Settings at any time; that also cancels a subscription. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, after a warning unless the breach is serious.
If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from a paid contract (a subscription, a plan or a credit purchase) within 14 days without giving a reason. The 14 days start on the day the contract is concluded.
To withdraw, tell us before the period ends with a clear statement: an email to info@nubri.co is enough, or a letter to Nubri GmbH, Liebenowzeile 22, 12167 Berlin, Germany. You can use the model form below, but you don't have to.
If you withdraw, we refund all payments we received for that contract within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the payment method you used, at no cost to you. At checkout you ask us to start the service straight away; so you pay a proportionate amount for what we provided until your notice: for a subscription, the share of the billing period that had passed; for credits, the credits you used.

German law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. The courts of Berlin have jurisdiction where the law allows it.
