ClipForge provides AI-powered video generation and TikTok publishing. Videos are generated using third-party AI models and published via TikTok's official API.

You agree not to generate content that violates TikTok's community guidelines, infringes on intellectual property, or is illegal in your jurisdiction.

By connecting your TikTok account, you authorise ClipForge to publish videos to your TikTok account only when you explicitly request it. You confirm that you are the authorised holder of the connected TikTok account.

ClipForge accesses only the data necessary to publish on your behalf (your TikTok Open ID, display name, avatar URL, and OAuth tokens). This data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy — TikTok Integration section. We do not post to TikTok without your direct action, and we do not access any TikTok account other than the one you connect.

You may disconnect your TikTok account at any time from the app settings. ClipForge's use of TikTok APIs is subject to the TikTok Terms of Service.

Credits are consumed when a video generation job is created. Failed generations are refunded automatically. Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe.

You retain ownership of your prompts. Generated videos are licensed to you for personal and commercial use. We retain no rights to your generated content.

ClipForge is provided "as is." We are not liable for TikTok account actions, video generation failures, or losses arising from service unavailability.
